The irony of this entire series is that what these animals have created, is literally a step back from what humanity already achieved....and yet we're supposed to cheer them on against humanity. Of course you can find real examples of this in the real world, such as with the third world, but the idea of just giving the world to the third world, for them to take over and destroy ourselves to allow it, is a foolish and false sense of altruism at best. We are better not because it was gifted upon us, but because we earned it through thousands of years of progress. Like in this movie, they did not earn it, they're simply being given it or merely taking it by force.

Just got back from seeing this in the theater. I was only 8 when it released and even though I begged, my parents would not take me to see it. Of course I have seen it many times over the years, but the theater experience was far superior to any DVD / Blu-Ray or digital viewing for two reasons. First, the movie screen is obviously wider and you get to see things to the left and right that you simply don't get to see on physical media, and second I could hear every single little noise, everything said, all the whispered comments the actors made under their breath as they are going through this nightmare. Even if you have seen Alien a hundred times over the years, just like me, I would say set aside 2 hours and go watch, it's more than worth it.

So she's dying in the movie.

I really hope they don’t kill off Proximus Caesar in this movie. He should be a reoccurring villain that maybe gets a redemption arc in the third installment of this new trilogy. He seems like such a dope character.

Caesar died for their sins. Winter the Betrayer ALZ-113 the fruit of knowledge. And now, we have a Religious war fought in Caesar's name......

Just don't make it too dark. Please...
